In keeping with its name and intentions, there has been a significant focus on arts activities as the garden has developed.
The ‘Moonah Living Memory Fence’ was a major undertaking, the iconic art piece consists of 8 panels created by local artists, both individuals and groups. The project was co-ordinated by Kaz McGlynn and its completion celebrated in 2010.

Pylons from the old Barwon Heads Bridge were installed and add an interesting historical and sculptural component to the garden.

There are numerous art objects and sculptures dotted around the garden. Plotholders are encouraged to give their artistic side free rein and many of our plots reflect this.
